SHIPPING
How do I track my order?

We use two reputable South African door -to-door delivery companies. Once an order is place, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track the order.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
All items ordered will be shipped directly to the customer. Delivery time will depend on the geographical location of the customer.  

 

 

 

How do I return an item?

We will send a courier company to collect the item from your preferred address. The customer can contact us on (074) 020 7830.  
What is your returns policy?
 

A customer can return the items within 7 calendar days after purchase. The items must be returned with the original tag. The items will be inspected upon and once satisfied, a refund will be issued to the customer.
